At Scents & Signatures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer returns, we happily provide exchanges under specific conditions as outlined below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or broken

  • The product is defective or invalid

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at scentnsignatures@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product received

  • A photo or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  • Your contact information

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Items that show signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer exchanges on:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Shipping for Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved:

  • You will be required to send the product to our return address.

  • Once received and inspected, we will send you the corrected item.

  • If the mistake was from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the replacement shipping cost.
